Calidi Biotherapeutics Inc is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company with technology designed to arm the immune system to fight cancer. The Company's stem cell-based platforms utilize potent allogeneic stem cells capable of carrying payloads of oncolytic viruses for use in a many oncology indications, including high-grade gliomas and solid tumors. Its products include CLD-101 for Recurrent HGG; CLD-201 for Solid Tumors, and CLD-400 for certain lung cancer and Metastatic Solid Tumors. In addition to its pipeline products, the Company's is also engaged in discovery research of CLD-301 (AAA) for tumor Indications.
