The firm is a marketer and distributor of nutrients, growing media, indoor and greenhouse lighting, ventilation systems and accessories for hydroponic gardening. The Company has two reportable segments, including Cultivation and Gardening segment, composed of the Company's hydroponic and organic gardening business; and the Storage Solutions segment, composed of the Company's benching, racking, and storage solutions business.
